KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


• Act as first point of contact for HRSS query resolution
• Payroll Administration – Collate and provide data to EY; review payroll reports received from EY
• Ensure all Regulatory Remittance / Payment (e.g. Pension, NSITF, PAYE, NHF etc) are made within the regulatory timelines
• Update and maintenance of staff records / files
• HR Accounts reconciliation / provision of documentation for Proofing
• Act as the Business Activity Owner Support for HRSS Vendors
• Process Vendor Payment
• Responsible for processing staff entitlement and benefits
- Per Diem for STAs
• Responsible for Office and Inventory Management
• Employee Lifecycle:


- Enquiry management
- leave of absence
- letter generation


• Updating HR Systems by working with HR Business Partners to provide efficient, effective and high quality service delivery.
• General HR administrative support
• Reporting

Qualifications:


• A BSc/ BA degree

Knowledge/Experience:


• Payroll Administration Knowledge
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR
• Excellent computer skills – Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong influencing skills
