Vacancy for HR Training & Innovation Officer at - Ikeja

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and will have the following Key Responsibilities, among others:

Training strategy formulation and execution to improve individual and corporate performance, Training needs identification and assessment.
Design, development and deployment of effective and efficient capability development interventions.
Liaison with external training agencies as necessary.
Person Specification: Candidates must:

Be holders of HND/BSc in Business Administration or any business or social science discipline.
Not be more than 28 years old.
Analytical and able to think 'outside the box' and have excellent commercial and business awareness.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Have between 3 and 4years' excellent experience in a performance-driven environment.
Remuneration: Attractive, competitive and negotiable. Between N720,000 and N1m/Annum.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦120,000.00 to ₦150,000.00 /month


Excellent: 1 year
performance-driven environment: 3 years
