Job Description:

New customer development in existing segments.
Identification of business opportunities in new segments.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gather market and customer information.
Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
MIS and Competition products and promotions feedback.
Should be target oriented. Achieve Sales and Collection targets in line with company objectives.
Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Feed future buying trends back to employers.
Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate
1-3 years’ experience preferably in FMCG / Consumer Electronics / Mobiles
Good Communication and English Skills
Good MS Office Skills
Candidates with prior exposure to African markets will be preferred.
