1- Business Relations Manager

JOB SUMMARY:  

Seeking an ambitious, forward thinking and highly motivated individual who will move the company forward with strong leadership, committed people management  and a commercial focus on project sourcing, delivery and profitability .

C. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Source and oversee the development of new businesses
Maintain, develop and expand the company’s product portfolio
Direct the Department’s planning activities , provide leadership and overall guidance in both the administration and operation of the department.
Manage the promotion, development and extension of the business of the department.
Protect the reputation and interests of the company
Responsible for the full profit and loss of the Department.
Identify the long range objectives of the company and recommend their adoption to the Board
Prepare plans and programs for the attainment of approved objectives and oversee their implementation
Oversee the development and implementation of all activities of the department including marketing, financial control, personnel and industrial relations, audit and procurement
Direct the preparation of operational matters
Develop and manage the implementation of group policy regarding work environment, administration, accounting, purchasing, reporting and human resources

Attend and participate in various industry associations

F. RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS: 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Project management certification an asset
MBA an asset
Minimum 10 years in the IT  industry and project management
Good communication skills and strong English capability both verbal and written
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Strong business and commercial acumen
Must be a team player in all aspects
Ability to lead and manage teams
Strong financial control knowledge
Ability to prepare budgets, analyze financial statements and understand accounting issues as they relate to the IT industry

2- Digital Marketer Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.STRATEGY & EXECUTION:

Own digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization,
including Reporting, Measurement and Return on Investment (ROI) for digital campaigns.

Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs.

Partner with the VP of Marketing
to develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments, including: email, banner ads, landing pages/microsites, mobile sites/apps and website development.

Manage all digital campaigns, including
search engine marketing (Google Adwords and onsite search), online
brochures & catalogs and other revenue generating promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with VP of Marketing
to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation
groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.

Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter or offset competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights

 ANALYTICS & REPORTING:

Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provides guidance for program optimization.

Continually monitor and suggest improvements for the usability, content and conversion points of the
company website to support the company’s gro
wth objectives.

Analyze current best practices in integrated media campaigns as well as future directions made possible
by emerging technology.

Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry; improve digital marketing strategy and
tactics to “get ahead of the curve”.

Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and campaigns based on historical
performance.

Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards to inform various audiences of our
collective performance in all dimensions of digital marketing efforts, showcasing the impact achieve for our clients

4- Senior Architect

  Job Description  
Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
    Advises Subcontractors on the interpretation of plans, recommends changes when necessary.
    Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
    Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.
    Researches literature and maintain knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system codes and methods of application.
    Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
    Works with customers and Clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.
    Reviews product literature, analyzes materials and determines appropriateness for application to projects.
    Provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.
    Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects.
