Job Description:

Basic responsibility is to provide local account management and constant follow up support for the company HQ in China. The person is measured by how effectively the above is done in a way to win deals and maintain customer satisfactions according to the company’s strategies and vision.

Job Vacancy for Sales Manager at GRG Banking - Nigeria

1. Marketing planning: analyze the market demand and opportunities, position the target market and customers, set up marketing plan and annual action plans for Nigeria .
2. Business development: develop new business partner, sales channel and new sales leads in Nigeria and other surrounding countries , accomplish the sales target in accordance with the company plan.
3. Partner support: support and supervise current sales partners to push and secure sales orders
4. Presales support: supporting sales partner for daily product related issues .
5. Project coordination: working closely between partner and regional project team, responsible for the project coordination and communication .
6. Customer relationship maintaining .
7. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
8. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Desired Profile:

1. Recognized College degree, Bachelor degree.
2. Must have at least 5 years of Sales experience , Preferred ATM experience.
3. Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management
4. Good English communication skill.
5. Possess passion to self - learn and being Hungry and Discipline in whatever he/she does.
6. Good Human relationship skill and cross culturally sensitive ; Proactive and must be good team player.
7. Customer Driven, Results Oriented with integrity and systematic work habits.
