1-Business Relations Manager

JOB SUMMARY: 

Seeking an ambitious, forward thinking and highly motivated individual who will move the company forward with strong leadership, committed people management  and a commercial focus on project sourcing, delivery and profitability .

Successful candidate must

•    Have previous Manager experience from an IT discipline within the Software Development sector or similar background
•    Have experience of operating in a multi-faceted role and have demonstrated a strong track record of success to date

C. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Source and oversee the development of new businesses
•    Maintain, develop and expand the company’s product portfolio
•    Direct the Department’s planning activities , provide leadership and overall guidance in both the administration and operation of the department.
•    Manage the promotion, development and extension of the business of the department.
•    Protect the reputation and interests of the company
•    Responsible for the full profit and loss of the Department.
•    Identify the long range objectives of the company and recommend their adoption to the Board
•    Prepare plans and programs for the attainment of approved objectives and oversee their implementation
•    Oversee the development and implementation of all activities of the department including marketing, financial control, personnel and industrial relations, audit and procurement
•    Direct the preparation of operational matters
•    Develop and manage the implementation of group policy regarding work environment, administration, accounting, purchasing, reporting and human resources
•    Maintain knowledge of all competition
•    Attend and participate in various industry associations
•    Ensure all registration and certification required in the IT industry is acquired and up to date

F. RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
•    Project management certification an asset
•    MBA an asset
•    Minimum 10 years in the IT  industry and project management
•    Good communication skills and strong English capability both verbal and written
•    Strong sales and negotiation skills
•    Strong business and commercial acumen
•    Must be a team player in all aspects
•    Ability to lead and manage teams
•    Strong financial control knowledge
•    Ability to prepare budgets, analyze financial statements and understand accounting issues as they relate to the IT industry
•    Strong computer literacy skills
•    Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)

G. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
•    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field

2-Digital Marketer Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.STRATEGY & EXECUTION:

Own digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization,
including Reporting, Measurement and Return on Investment (ROI) for digital campaigns.

Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs.

Partner with the VP of Marketing
to develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments, including: email, banner ads, landing pages/microsites, mobile sites/apps and website development.

Manage all digital campaigns, including
search engine marketing (Google Adwords and onsite search), online
brochures & catalogs and other revenue generating promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with VP of Marketing
to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation
groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.

Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter or offset competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights

 ANALYTICS & REPORTING:

Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provides guidance for program optimization.

Continually monitor and suggest improvements for the usability, content and conversion points of the
company website to support the company’s gro
wth objectives.

Analyze current best practices in integrated media campaigns as well as future directions made possible
by emerging technology.

Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry; improve digital marketing strategy and
tactics to “get ahead of the curve”.

Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and campaigns based on historical
performance.

Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards to inform various audiences of our
collective performance in all dimensions of digital marketing efforts, showcasing the impact achieve for our clients

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Ability to secure clear direction and buin from business leadership and then maintain visibility as strategy is executed

Ability to take high-level vision and translate down to executable actions

Ability to foster strong professional relationships and manage expectations with customers, distributors,department
leaders and fellow employees

Ability to multitask and thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines

Strong sense of organization and attention to detail are required
