Job Description

We want to hire a consultant that really understands the people process in talent management and can truly advise their clients on skill set and suitability. The Fashion and Apparel sector is dynamic and fast paced and our clients operate in a creative, challenging and rewarding market. We are a part of that exciting business sector. This is a temp to hire role with the possibility to become part of a revolutionary talent advisory and staffing team. This is role is especially suited for enthusiastic professionals in HR or Staffiing with a passion and knowledge for the retail fashion and apparel industry and an opportunity to progress their career in talent management.


HR, Talent Management or Recruitment experience with a real passion for fitting round pegs in round holes and knowing when square pegs can also fit in round holes as well
An understanding and interest of the fashion retail world, global trends in the industry and opportunities in Africa.
Proven experience growing and developing new business and solid account management skills
A track record of success and achievement
